Shipping and Return Policy
Most orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Eden Wellness Express, and the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please email us at with a subject line: tracking.
Returns are accepted on new/unopened and orders received in error. Returns are accepted within 5 days of package delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all eligible returns.
All refunds are issued the same day that a returned package is received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in case of an order error on our part. Refunds are expected to go back in to your account within 10 to 12 business days.
